NoHo Loft

This genuine artist loft in NoHo, perhaps a former print shop, attracted the current owners with its eleven tall windows, vast space, and original wooden structure. The run-down, but very generous corner loft was remodeled to offer full comforts to a family of four. To keep the essential spirit of the loft, the beautiful wooden structure was maintained and enhanced, contrasting with the bright white walls and the clean lines of the oak millwork. A touch of color tiles in the kitchen made a joyful center for food, laughter and conversations, and the corridor towards the back of the loft became an impromptu gallery. There is artwork in the bedrooms as well, and the study/guest room was fitted with artisan Japanese doors, made exclusively for this family.
